New here? Let me make this easy.

Behind the Obsession isn't one thing. It's whatever I'm obsessed with that week, which means the site pulls in a few different directions. Here's where to go depending on what you're looking for.

Where to go

Going through a life shift

Divorce, empty nest, or starting over in general — start with the About page or Substack. That's where I go deeper than a Reel allows.

Want to see my space

Home and Renovations — the kitchen, the office, the room that used to be my son's. Before and after, no filter on the process.

Want something to cook

Cooking — recipes and kitchen moments straight from The Table.

Want to feel like you're at the table

The Table — my monthly dinner series with my adult kids.

Chasing your own milestone

Road to 50 — the bucket list I worked through on the way to my birthday.

Want a book recommendation

Dog-eared, my ongoing review series. Start with Volume 1.

Not sure where to start

Just follow me on Instagram and let the content find you. That's honestly how most people end up here anyway.

Your fix, delivered

Midlife reinvention with no toxic positivity. The messy, real parts of starting over, and zero advice from someone pretending she has it figured out.
